Roobet: Other Disputes

One case on file, from 2021, about bets a player says they didn't place. The player says that after winning more than $3,000, they found two-factor login switched on, which they never set up.

Then two large Crash bets were placed while they were talking to live chat. Roobet said account holders are responsible for all activity on their accounts and offered nothing back.

• Turn on two-factor login yourself and use a unique password.
• Ask support in writing to freeze the account at once if you see a security prompt you don't recognise.
