One case on file, from August 2026. A player from Germany asked for an investigation into about C$20,000 lost at Solcasino.

Besides a self-exclusion request they say was ignored, they described withdrawals failing while winning, games closing, and odd visuals in Lightning Roulette.

The case closed when the player went quiet, and Solcasino was never asked to respond, so the game claims weren't examined.
