Solcasino: Self-Exclusion Failures

Two cases on file where players say they asked Solcasino to shut them out over a gambling problem. A player from Norway says the closure button didn't work in February 2024 and support refused to help.

The account stayed open, and they lost 4.188 SOL. Solcasino never answered the mediator.

A player from Germany says they asked chat to ban them, and Solcasino blocked their chat access instead. That case closed because the player couldn't produce the chat message.

• Email support the same day a closure button fails, saying you have a gambling problem.
• Keep every dated message about the request; any later refund claim rests on it.
