One case on file, from October 2026. A player from Ireland, who had played with a casino bonus, says a withdrawal of about €8,973 had been pending for more than a week.

Support blamed technical problems at its payment provider and raised no issue with the bonus or verification, the player says. The case closed when the player didn't answer the mediator's questions about the bonus terms and payment options.
