TrustDice: Bonus Disputes

One case on file, from May 2026. A player from Buenos Aires says TrustDice suspended a long-standing account at withdrawal and kept about $900, citing bonus abuse and an old second account.

The player says the old account came from a sign-up glitch and was used only for the free faucet, and that the balance grew from sports bets and community contest prizes.

The mediator saw no clear proof of a breach and called taking the whole balance disproportionate. TrustDice offered net deposits back; the player declined.
