TrustDice: Game Fairness

One case on file, from April 2026. A Japanese player says TrustDice paid a 100,000 yen withdrawal within minutes, then froze the account and voided the winnings when they asked for 200,000 yen the next day.

TrustDice said the game provider found prohibited automated play. The player says the games run on autoplay by design.

The mediator reviewed the provider's material privately and found the decision reasonably justified, but the details were never shown to the player.
