TrustDice: Geo & VPN Disputes

Two cases on file about who may play at TrustDice. A Spanish player was blocked at withdrawal for being in a banned country, though the Spanish-language terms they had read listed no such ban.

The mediator confirmed Spain appeared only in the English terms, and TrustDice offered the net deposit back; the player accepted and marked the case resolved.

In 2022, a UK player asked for all deposits back, about £4,961, saying TrustDice shouldn't take UK players. They say emails went unanswered after they sent proof of residence, and no refund is shown.
