One case on file, from October 2026. A player from Brazil says they came out about $2,000 ahead at Whale.io, mostly on e-soccer bets with some slot play, and still had around $960 inside when the account was suspended.

Support said they belonged to a betting group. Casino.guru stepped aside because the winnings came from sports bets, so the claim was never tested.
