Winz.io: Deposit Issues

One case on file, from August 2026. A long-time VIP player says a $500 crypto deposit never reached their Winz.io balance, though they used the same wallet and network as before.

Winz.io first blamed its outside payment company, then traced the coins: they had gone to an address for a different coin. It recovered and credited them, and the player confirmed by email.

• Check that the coin and network match the deposit address exactly before you send.
• Send the casino the transaction proof and screenshots when a deposit goes missing.
