WSM Casino: Self-Exclusion Failures

One case on file, from September 2026. A German player says their first WSM Casino account was blocked at their request while they were on Germany's national OASIS exclusion list.

After the national ban was lifted in spring 2026, they opened a new account, which worked for weeks. A check then found the old account, and the casino closed the new one and kept about €500, mostly winnings.

The mediator said a lifted national ban isn't the casino's permission, and rejected the complaint.

• Ask the casino in writing to reopen an account you closed for gambling reasons before you play there again.
• Don't register a second account, even after a national ban is lifted.
