Two cases on file where 7Bit's checks held up a payout. A player from Italy says one document request followed another over several hours for an €877 withdrawal.

She closed the case as resolved about three weeks later, without saying what changed. In the other, 7Bit turned down an $8,155 withdrawal and asked for ID, which the player sent the same day.

The mediator later found 7Bit followed its terms after seeing its private evidence.
