What Happened
A player says 7Bit held an $8,155 cashout for 11 days without saying why. They asked to withdraw on 3 July. Four days later the request was turned down and the casino asked for ID, which the player sent that same day. By 11 July, they say, support still had no reason or timeframe to give.
How It Developed
- 2026-07-03The player asked to cash out. Support gave no reason for the wait and told them to be patient.
- 2026-07-07The payout request was turned down and the casino asked for ID. The player uploaded KYC documents the same day.
- Complaint opened. The mediator asked 7Bit to email a full explanation and proof for its claims against the player. The casino said it had sent evidence, screenshots and its findings.
- The player said the casino's answer, which they say listed winnings of 5,000 TRX and 85 SOL, did not explain the hold. They said the win came from a normal slot spin with no bonus, and asked what wrongdoing 7Bit suspected.
- The mediator reviewed the material, found 7Bit had followed its terms and closed the case. It pointed the player to a regulator or an outside dispute service (ADR).
Rejected
The case was marked resolved, but the mediator found 7Bit followed its terms after seeing its private evidence. Nothing shows the $8,155 was paid.
What Has (and Hasn't) Helped
Nothing worked for the player: the casino sent its evidence to the mediator privately, and the mediator accepted it. If a casino hints that you did something wrong, ask it in writing to name the exact rule it says you broke, so you can answer that point.
