BC.Game: Other Disputes

Two cases on file about getting into an account. In one, email security codes stopped arriving after the player's mailbox was briefly switched off.

BC.Game's recovery team changed the login email after deposit proof and a full ID check, about seven weeks later. In the other, a player says their account was hacked.

It was restored after the complaint, but the mediator treated a later 208 USD withdrawal, which the player says they didn't make, as a matter for the police.
