What Happened
A player from Turkey could not log in to BC.Game because the one-time codes stopped arriving by email. According to the player, their mail provider had briefly been switched off, BC.Game's system then stopped sending to that address, and even after the mailbox worked again the codes never came. The phone number on the account had been cancelled, so email was the only way in, and about 800 USDT sat inside. BC.Game said the fault lay with the email provider and offered a manual change of address through its recovery team.
How It Developed
- 2026-05-29Complaint opened. The account was registered in late April 2026 and locked out around 7 May; it had never been verified.
- 2026-06-01BC.Game replied in the thread, said the balance was safe, and pointed the player to its recovery email address to switch the login email.
- 2026-06-16The mediator asked the casino to help, since neither the old phone nor the email route worked; the casino said recovery instructions had been sent.
- 2026-06-22The casino asked for a clearer deposit screenshot; the mediator noticed the player's two screenshots showed different deposits and had the player explain.
- 2026-07-12The player completed verification as the casino asked and posted proof.
- 2026-07-15After a private casino post the player confirmed access was back, and the mediator marked the case resolved on 20 July.
Resolved
After deposit proof and verification the player confirmed access was back; no withdrawal of the roughly 800 USDT is shown in the thread.
What Helped
Going through the casino's recovery process, not support chat: BC.Game wanted proof of the deposits and a full identity check before it would swap the login email. Sending the exact screenshot the recovery team asked for, and then finishing KYC, got the account back in about seven weeks.
