Two cases on file where Betcoin.ag kept a balance. A 70-year-old Argentine player says $4,616, deposits included, was kept after a video call of over 90 minutes, when the casino said it couldn't confirm they owned their exchange wallet.
Betcoin.ag sent evidence privately, and the mediator is clarifying a point with it. In the other case, an Austrian player was suspended a day after signing up, and Betcoin.ag cited abusive betting such as arbitrage.
