What Happened
A 70-year-old player from Argentina says Betcoin.ag closed their account and kept a $4,616 balance after a verification that ended in a video call of over 90 minutes. By their account, 460 USDT in deposits from their own exchange wallet grew on a roulette game over eight days, a $1,000 withdrawal on 22 September triggered KYC, and after the call the casino said it could not confirm they owned the wallet and spoke of fraud. The player says they used no bonus and have received nothing back, deposits included.
How It Developed
- 2026-10-07Complaint opened with emails, deposit records and a day-by-day log of the roulette sessions.
- 2026-10-08Asked by the mediator, the player said no bonus was used, the wallet is theirs alone, and that during the call they were asked to show large deposits on their phone and to close and reopen the wallet app, which they struggled with.
- 2026-10-14A resolver took over and invited Betcoin.ag, which said it had emailed its information and evidence the same day.
- 2026-10-15The mediator reviewed the casino's material, said one important point still needed clarifying, and went back to the casino.
- 2026-10-21The mediator confirmed the case is still being actively reviewed with both sides.
Ongoing
Betcoin.ag has sent its evidence privately and the mediator is clarifying one point with it before deciding.
What Has (and Hasn't) Helped
Too early to tell. Betcoin.ag answered within hours and sent evidence privately, which is more than many casinos do; the mediator has now gone back to it with a follow-up question. If you face a wallet-ownership video call, have someone help you practise screen sharing and a small live transfer beforehand.
