Bitkingz: Deposit Issues

Two cases on file about crypto deposits at Bitkingz. A US player sent 0.19 LTC, about $19, which landed just under the 0.2 LTC minimum after the price moved.

Bitkingz said it counts as lost, and that US players are barred. The mediator said a completed transfer always reaches someone, and the casino stopped answering.

In the other case, a German player's 200 USDC deposit never showed up before the account was blocked over a self-exclusion. Bitkingz said it refunded the money.

• Send a little more than a crypto deposit minimum, to allow for price swings.
• Check that a casino accepts players from your country before you deposit.
