BitStarz: Geo & VPN Disputes

Neither case has ended in the player's favour; 2 were rejected.

Two cases on file where BitStarz closed an account over a restricted country and returned only the last deposit. A player from Spain says a win of about 3,000 led to a document check, after which BitStarz kept the money.

BitStarz said the player had signed up as living in Norway and used a VPN to get around its block on Spain, and the mediator agreed.

A player who lived on the Isle of Man says BitStarz wrongly treated it as part of the UK in 2022 and kept $6,850. That claim was never judged, because the closure was more than six months old.
