BSpin: Bonus Disputes

Two cases on file, both from 2023, about BSpin free spins. A player from Serbia met the wagering on 20 no-deposit spins and played the balance up to about $150; BSpin cut it to $20 under a cashout cap.

The mediator found that cap hidden in other bonus terms and not clearly shown, and BSpin then stopped replying. In the other, BSpin blocked an account hours after a withdrawal of sign-up spin winnings, saying three rules were broken.

The player denies it, and BSpin never answered on the page.
