What Happened
A player from Japan says they joined BetFury on 31 August 2026, took the welcome bonus on their third deposit, won 5 ETH on the in-house game FuryHeist, and two days later found the balance cut to about $6,990. BetFury said its risk team found IP and device matches with other accounts that had claimed welcome bonuses, and that the bonus had barely been wagered. The player said the casino's emailed evidence cited a future date and an IP they never used. The mediator found the combined evidence enough and rejected the complaint.
How It Developed
- 2026-09-07Complaint opened. The player said the win came from cash, not bonus funds, and that support and the risk team had stopped answering.
- 2026-09-09BetFury replied that it had found links to other bonus-claiming accounts, cited its bonus and welcome-pack terms, and offered another review if the player completed full KYC. The player pointed out that an email the same day said the bonus decision was final.
- 2026-10-07After finishing KYC, the player posted BetFury's follow-up: shared IP addresses, a shared device also used by an older bonus account, and only about $515 wagered of a $180,000 requirement. The player called the dates impossible and the IP wrong.
- 2026-10-19A resolver asked BetFury for its evidence; the casino sent it by email the next day.
- 2026-10-22The resolver ruled the multi-account bonus abuse substantiated when all the records were taken together, noted the bonus wagering was far from finished, and upheld cancelling the bonus and its winnings.

What Has (and Hasn't) Helped
Nothing restored the money. Completing KYC got the player a second review, but not a different answer. The mediator weighed the technical records and bonus history together, so disputing one IP address or one date was not enough to rebut them.
