What Happened
A player from Mexico says BetFury blocked her account the moment she tried to withdraw a balance above 100,000 MXN. She says the winnings came from the welcome bonus, that she met the wagering and passed verification, that the casino paid out only 1,000 MXN, and that it then cited multiple accounts. She denies that, saying she connects through a shared public IP and had invited friends to join. BetFury's one reply in the thread is private.
How It Developed
- 2026-05-28Complaint opened. The mediator asked about household accounts, VPN use and bonuses; the player said shared IP, no VPN, welcome bonus.
- 2026-06-03The mediator told the casino it was still gathering the player's evidence, and asked her whether the same device or the same promotion had been used by others.
- 2026-06-17No answer after a reminder; the case was closed.
- 2026-06-25Reopened at the player's request, with the same question put again.
- 2026-07-09Still no answer, and the case was closed a second time. It can be reopened.
Abandoned
The player twice stopped responding to questions about shared devices and promotions; the player says over 100,000 MXN is held.
What Helped
Nothing was tested. Inviting friends who then sign up on the same public IP can trigger a multi-account flag. The mediator wanted to know whether those friends used the same device or bonus; that is the answer to prepare.
