What Happened
A player from Alberta says they lost more than 120,000 at BetFury and that the casino manually credited a lossback of about 52,000, then manually expired it the same day. According to the player, the credit was dated before their big deposits even started, which made no sense to them. Afterwards, they say, the account was put into verification, so they missed reload offers, and a VIP host offered 5,000 as a final gesture. They asked for half the lossback. BetFury replied privately.
How It Developed
- 2026-08-19Complaint opened with screenshots and, the player said, video of the lossback appearing and expiring.
- 2026-08-19The mediator asked when the lossback was credited and how it was calculated, what the casino said about it, how cashback normally works on the account, the exact terms including expiry, and when the account was restricted.
- 2026-08-20BetFury posted a private reply.
- 2026-08-26The player had not answered; a 7-day extension followed.
- 2026-09-02The case was closed for lack of response. It can be reopened.
Abandoned
The player stopped responding before explaining the lossback terms; BetFury's reply is private.
What Helped
Nothing was tested. The mediator needed the lossback's own terms, especially the expiry rule, and the timeline of when it was granted; without those a cashback claim cannot be checked. Save the promo terms the day a credit lands.
