What Happened
A player from Italy, a four-year VIP at Betpanda by their own account, says they deposited 2,300 USDC for a free-bet promotion that never switched on. According to the player, they messaged their VIP manager on Telegram about it, and within minutes of getting a reply the account was emptied, with none of the usual withdrawal notifications. They believe someone took the money and point at the manager, who then went quiet. Betpanda did not take part in the thread.
How It Developed
- 2026-05-20Complaint opened the same day the balance disappeared.
- 2026-05-21The mediator asked whether the deposit had failed to arrive or whether the money was lost while waiting for the bonus. The player said neither: the account was drained in about five minutes, faster than any withdrawal normally takes.
- 2026-05-27The mediator asked whether the history showed bets or a withdrawal, and for a screenshot of the withdrawal list.
- 2026-06-10No answer, even after a 7-day extension; the case was closed. It can be reopened.
Abandoned
The player stopped responding before showing whether the 2,300 USDC was withdrawn or bet; Betpanda never replied.
What Helped
Nothing was tested. The key question went unanswered: does the account history show the money being bet, or being withdrawn? A screenshot of the transaction list is the first thing to send in a suspected account-takeover case, along with a password change and two-factor login.
