What Happened
A player from the Czech Republic wanted to take Coins.Game's 75% third-deposit welcome bonus but first asked for its maximum win or cashout limit. The player says live chat agents kept pointing to the general terms or gave vague answers with no number. They asked AskGamblers to make the casino state the limit in public.
How It Developed
- Complaint opened. According to the player, chat screenshots were included.
- The mediator reviewed what both sides sent, found the casino had kept to its terms and closed the case. It pointed the player to a regulator or ADR service.
- The player disagreed, saying the bonus rules were never clear and support could not explain them, and asked for 1,000 euros as compensation.
Rejected
The mediator found the casino followed its terms. The player disagrees and wants 1,000 euros; nothing shows any money was paid.
What Has (and Hasn't) Helped
Asking support was not enough, and the mediator sided with the casino. Before taking any bonus, look for the maximum cashout in that bonus's own rules and save a copy. If you can't find it, skip the bonus or get the figure from support in writing.
