What Happened

A player who says they have used Whale.io for about four years asked to withdraw $36,128 and was then told to complete full KYC. They say they sent a passport, selfie and video checks, proof of address, bank papers, wallet ownership proof and crypto purchase receipts. Support promised 72 hours, but nine days later there was no news, and withdrawals stayed blocked.

How It Developed

  • Complaint opened. The player said the account was still active and the balance visible, but withdrawals were blocked, and offered more proof.
  • The mediator asked Whale.io for an update and warned that silence would close the case as unresolved and lower its rating. No reply from Whale.io appears.
Unresolved

Whale.io did not reply on the page, and nothing shows the $36,128 was paid.

What Has (and Hasn't) Helped

Nothing yet: Whale.io did not reply. The player kept screenshots, chat logs and proof of each upload, which is what a mediator or regulator will ask for. Do the same if a large withdrawal stalls.
