What Happened
A player from Bangladesh says they deposited about 350 USDT at Yeet in early May, built the balance to roughly 8,948 USDT, and were then asked for Level 4 and Level 5 checks. They emailed ID, a selfie video, an exchange statement and a business bank statement, and they say support said the review looked done. The next day the account was permanently suspended with no reason given. Yeet told the mediator one document showed signs of editing, other accounts were linked to the player, and the balance at closure was zero.
How It Developed
- Complaint opened right after the suspension. The mediator collected a day-by-day timeline and the emails.
- The player said no bonus was involved and all documents went in on time and in the format asked.
- A resolver contacted Yeet, which said the closure was for altered documents and multiple linked accounts; the player denied both.
- The mediator reviewed Yeet's evidence; the casino said its verification provider had flagged a document as altered and that its own review found other risk signals it would not detail.
- The complaint was rejected as unjustified, with the mediator noting Yeet reported no funds were taken because the balance was already zero.
Rejected
The mediator accepted Yeet's evidence of an altered KYC document; Yeet says the balance was zero when the account closed.
What Has (and Hasn't) Helped
Nothing. The mediator accepted the casino's private evidence of an altered document and did not examine the disputed balance further. The one point worth noting: the player says withdrawals stayed blocked while play remained open, which is how an 8,948 balance can become zero before a case is decided. Stop playing the moment a payout is frozen.
