What Happened
A player from Costa Rica says they asked Yeet in mid-August to cut off their gambling access for good, protect what was left in the account and pay it to their usual USDT address. Yeet closed the account, but, according to the player, never paid or even stated the closing balance; a screenshot from before closure showed 710 USDT, though some play followed. Six emails, they say, went unanswered. Weeks later Yeet told the mediator the account had been opened with false personal details and the KYC it had requested was never done.
How It Developed
- Complaint opened; the player made clear they did not want the account reopened, only the remaining money paid.
- A resolver invited Yeet and extended the deadline; the player added that Yeet's own 30-day complaint policy had run out.
- With no reply by email or Teams, the mediator marked the case unresolved and suggested a blocking app and the Anjouan regulator.
- Two weeks later Yeet asked to reopen it and sent evidence that the account used fake credentials; the mediator switched the result to rejected, saying an invalid account is outside its remit.
Rejected
First marked unresolved, then changed after Yeet showed the account was opened with false details and never verified; the balance was not paid.
What Has (and Hasn't) Helped
Nothing for the player. Once the casino showed the account was registered under false details, the mediator stopped looking at the balance at all. Register with your real identity; otherwise a casino can keep deposits on closure no matter what else happened.
