Chips.gg: Bonus Disputes

One case on file, from March 2025. A player from Azerbaijan says Chips.gg wiped his whole balance, deposit included, after he took a 200% welcome bonus on a $100 deposit and built it to around $500 or $600.

The casino said he placed 7.20 bets, above the $5 bonus limit. He says he kept spins at 2.40 and the slot raised the stake by itself.

Chips.gg never answered the mediator, even after asking for the case to be reopened.
