What Happened
A player from Azerbaijan says Chips.gg wiped his whole balance, deposit included, after he took a 200 percent welcome bonus on a 100 dollar deposit and built it to around 500 or 600. The casino told him he had placed 7.20 bets, above the 5 dollar bonus limit. He says he kept spins at 2.40 and that the slot jumped to higher stakes by itself when he tapped parts of the screen. Chips.gg never answered the mediator's questions, even after asking for the case to be reopened.
How It Developed
- 2025-03-22Complaint opened. The mediator asked about verification and for the betting history; the player said the slots involved kept no history he could see.
- 2025-03-27The first mediator noted that watching bet size is the player's job and passed the case on.
- 2025-04-03The resolver asked Chips.gg for game logs and an explanation of what advantage any oversized bet gave; two deadline extensions and outside contact attempts followed.
- 2025-04-25Closed as unresolved for no reply, with advice to go to the regulator.
- 2025-05-24Reopened at the casino's request, but the mediator said the casino's message did not answer the questions and asked again, including why the deposit was not returned.
- 2025-06-09The casino went silent once more; the mediator closed the case as unresolved again, saying it would not reopen without the evidence.
Confiscated
Chips.gg never backed up its max-bet claim, and it kept the full balance including the 100 dollar deposit.
What Helped
Nothing: the casino never produced logs, and the player could not pull his own bet history. Before playing with a bonus, screenshot the bet size on each game, and prefer slots whose history you can export.
