Cloudbet: Self-Exclusion Failures

One case on file about Cloudbet's self-exclusion. A player says they emailed Cloudbet in March 2025 about a gambling addiction and asked for their account to be banned for good, because they could not trust themselves after a short break.

They say Cloudbet replied the next day that the account was self-excluded. The player says they later got back in, deposited crypto and lost about 0.70 ETH in October 2026.

They kept the March 2025 emails and want the money refunded. Cloudbet has not yet given its side.

• Ask the casino to confirm in writing that your ban is permanent and has no end date.
• Name the gambling problem in plain words when you ask to be excluded, and keep the dated emails.
• Report it to support at once, with screenshots and times, if you can still log in or deposit after a self-exclusion.
