Coins.Game: Geo & VPN Disputes

One case on file, from August 2026. A player from Spain says Coins.Game shut their account with about €1,000 in it and gave no reason.

The casino later showed logins from non-Spanish addresses linked to VPN use; its terms list Spain as restricted. The player says support told them to switch location once to verify.

The mediator showed the site takes Spanish players and deposits without any block, and found enforcing the ban only after winnings unfair. Coins.Game kept the €1,000.

• Check the casino's restricted-country list before you deposit, even if sign-up works.
• Keep any chat where support tells you to change your connection.
• Ask the mediator to test whether the casino blocks your country at all.
