Crypto-Games.io: Bonus Disputes

One case on file, about a wager race. A player says they had about 2,938 points in Crypto-Games.io's February 2026 race, on about $300,000 wagered, and were going for the $10,000 first prize.

The casino then removed 1,900 points, pushing them off the top spot. The player had no copy of the earlier race wording to show it changed.

A later 1,856 USDT withdrawal was refused, and the casino never answered the mediator.

• Screenshot the race rules and eligible games when you start, so you can show any later change.
• Ask support in writing why points were removed.
