What Happened
A player says they wagered about $300,000 in a February 2026 wager race and had about 2,938 points, competing for the $10,000 first prize. According to the player, the casino then removed 1,900 points, pushing them off the top spot. A withdrawal of about 1,856 USDT made on 1 March was held for about 10 days and then refused, the player says, over violations the casino never spelled out.
How It Developed
- The player says the casino told them their betting was set up mainly to pump up volume, and pointed to its promotion lists and fair-play rules.
- According to the player, they played mostly blackjack and later plinko, games that showed on the race page and earned points live, and chat had said blackjack was allowed.
- The player denied using bots, several accounts or teaming up, and asked for the rule broken, the list of excluded bets and how the 1,900 points were worked out.
- The mediator asked the casino for an update and warned that silence would close the case as unresolved. No casino reply appears.
Unresolved
The casino never answered the mediator. The page shows no sign the 1,856 USDT or the race points were restored.
What Has (and Hasn't) Helped
Nothing on the page got an answer from the casino. Before a big push in a wager race, screenshot the race rules and the list of eligible games; this player had no copy of the earlier wording to show it changed.
