Cryptoboss: Bonus Disputes

One case on file, still open, from October 2026. A player from Finland says Cryptoboss removed 1,382,557.59 roubles a day after they finished wagering a no-deposit VIP bonus.

They say the bonus showed as fully wagered, so they treated the balance as real money and played it up to about 1.58 million. About 15 hours later, they say, the casino applied the bonus's 200,000-rouble maximum cashout.

The mediator is asking whether the terms say that cap stays in force until a withdrawal is actually paid.
