Cryptoboss: KYC & Verification

One case on file, from October 2024. A player from Russia says a withdrawal of about €2,200 in bonus winnings at Cryptoboss led to document checks, a dated photo, an account block and then a 20-minute video call.

She says she was asked about game providers she couldn't name. Two hours later, she says, the casino kept the winnings, citing multiple accounts, and returned only her last deposit.

Cryptoboss never explained its claim to the mediator.

• Ask the casino for a written report of any video call and what it found.
• Ask the casino in writing what links your account to another one if it cites multiple accounts.
