What Happened
A player from Russia says that on her first visit to Cryptoboss she made two $50 deposits in TRX, took large deposit bonuses, hit 3,000 euros on a slot and finished the 45x wagering with about 2,200 euros left. She says a withdrawal triggered document checks, a dated photo, an account block and then a 20-minute video call with questions about game providers she could not answer. Two hours after the call, she says, the casino kept the winnings and returned only her last deposit, citing multiple accounts, which she denies.
How It Developed
- Complaint opened three days after the deposits. The mediator asked about the video call, whether a report was given and how much was deposited.
- The mediator quoted the rule the casino relied on, which bans moving funds between players, and asked whether the wallet was funded by another player; the player said it was her own money.
- A resolver invited Cryptoboss and extended the deadline; the casino never replied, and the case was closed as unresolved in early December 2024 with a pointer to the Curaçao regulator.
- Cryptoboss asked for the case to be reopened later that month, then again failed to respond, and the mediator closed it as unresolved a second time.
Unresolved
Cryptoboss never explained the multi-account claim to the mediator, even after asking to reopen the case; the player says it kept the 2,200 euros.
What Has (and Hasn't) Helped
Nothing. The casino asked for a second chance and then ignored the mediator again. A regulator complaint was the only route left; the mediator offered to help prepare one.
