Cryptorino: Bet Settlement

One case on file, from March 2025. A player from Spain says they deposited 1,000 USDT at Cryptorino, bet on tennis and withdrew 400 USDT without trouble.

Then a second withdrawal was cancelled and the account frozen with about 1,400 USDT inside. The casino asked for ID, a video of a set phrase, proof of address and proof of payment, then went quiet.

An email later cited a sportsbook flag, closed the account for good and kept the balance. Cryptorino never answered the mediator.

• Ask the casino in writing which bets were flagged and which rule applies.
