What Happened
A player from Spain says they deposited 1,000 USDT at Cryptorino, bet on tennis, and withdrew 400 USDT without trouble. A second withdrawal was then cancelled and the account frozen, they say, with about 1,400 to 1,500 USDT inside. The player says the casino asked for ID, a video with a set phrase, proof of address and proof of the payment method, then went silent for over a week. Later, the player says, an email cited a sportsbook flag on the betting, closed the account for good and forfeited the balance.
How It Developed
- 2025-03-26Complaint opened. The mediator collected the KYC documents and the casino's emails.
- 2025-04-08The case moved to a resolver, who invited Cryptorino to explain and send any evidence of a breach privately.
- 2025-04-09The player posted the closure email and asked the casino to name the rule they had supposedly broken.
- 2025-04-15The casino was given another week to answer.
- 2025-04-22No reply came. The mediator closed the case as unresolved and noted the casino is unlicensed, so no regulator could be suggested.
Unresolved
Cryptorino never answered the mediator, and the account was closed with about 1,400 USDT inside.
What Has (and Hasn't) Helped
Nothing; Cryptorino never answered. The only lever left was the hit to its Casino.guru rating. With no licence behind the site, there was no regulator to turn to either, which is worth checking before depositing.
