Fairspin: Bonus Disputes

One case on file, from July 2026, filed on both Casino.guru and AskGamblers. A long-time VIP from Belarus says he swapped years of TFS loyalty tokens into his balance as the token's price fell.

Fairspin then refused larger withdrawals, had support tell him to split them into 500 USDT pieces, and closed the account with 1,678.55 USDT inside. After weeks of holding replies, Fairspin cited suspected bonus abuse based on the account's whole history.

The mediator questioned its evidence by email, and the page shows no release of the money.
