What Happened
A long-time Fairspin VIP from Belarus says he swapped years of TFS loyalty tokens into balance as the token's price fell, and that the casino refused his larger withdrawals, had support tell him to split them into 500 USDT pieces, then closed the account on 8 July 2026 for system or game abuse with 1,678.55 USDT inside. Fairspin says the closure rests on the account's whole history of bonus and reward activity, not on the withdrawals.
How It Developed
- 2026-07-17Complaint opened. The player says his screenshots show several four-figure payouts cancelled in June and July and a few 500 USDT ones approved.
- 2026-08-05Fairspin posted that the case was under internal review; it repeated that in several near-identical updates over the next six weeks.
- 2026-08-20The player said he had also gone to the Anjouan regulator and an ADR body, and that Fairspin had told the regulator it suspected historic bonus and token abuse without calling it proven.
- 2026-09-23Fairspin gave its position: reasonable grounds to suspect bonus abuse under its terms, based on the account's cumulative pattern. The mediator asked for the evidence by email.
- 2026-10-07Fairspin emailed its materials; the mediator replied with questions, got a holding answer, then a further response on 20 October.
- The mediator has answered again and is waiting on the casino.
Unresolved
The casino said only that its review was ongoing, and the page shows no release of the $1,678.55.
What Has (and Hasn't) Helped
Not settled yet. After two months of holding replies Fairspin named a clause and sent evidence by email, while the player kept pressing and also filed with the regulator. If a casino stalls, ask the mediator to request its evidence and keep your own transaction screenshots.
