FortuneJack: Confiscated Winnings

Two cases on file where FortuneJack kept money after closing or locking an account. A player from Ethiopia says it kept $885 over links to other accounts and bonus abuse, which they deny.

FortuneJack ignored the thread for weeks, then sent the mediator private evidence, which the mediator accepted.

A player from India says the account was locked after a promo chip and free spins grew to about 147 USDT, because many players from their region had done the same.

They say the $102 deposit came back but about $47 of bonus winnings was kept; they then stopped answering.
