Gamdom: Bonus Disputes

One case on file about a Gamdom promotion. A player from India says they won $206.40 in the IPL Early Six sports promotion, then Gamdom banned the account for good, returned the deposit and kept the reward.

Gamdom said a verification provider had flagged the player's identity and that its terms let it reverse promo winnings. It offered to share details privately, but didn't answer the mediator's request for evidence.

• Ask the casino to send its proof to the mediator if a promo win is reversed.
• Keep proof that the account and the wallet you deposit from are yours, in case your identity is questioned.
