Gamdom: Other Disputes

One case on file that doesn't fit the other categories. A player from Japan says their Gamdom balance dropped by about 8,500 yen through bets they didn't place, and the account was locked as soon as they asked support about it.

They say Gamdom told them someone else must have got into the account. The player stopped responding before saying what balance was left, so Gamdom was never asked to reply.
