What Happened
A player from Japan says their Gamdom balance dropped by about 8,500 yen without them placing the bets, and that the account was locked as soon as they asked support about it. They put the total loss at 13,000 yen. According to the player, Gamdom said someone else must have got into the account and bet, then locked it. The player said they played live casino, were verified, and had no bonus.
How It Developed
- 2026-05-31Complaint opened in Japanese about the missing balance and the lock.
- 2026-06-01The mediator asked which games were played, whether KYC was done and whether a bonus was active; the player answered nine days later.
- 2026-06-16The mediator asked when the player last logged in and for the emails exchanged with the casino; the player said they had replied by email and that there was no record of the exchange.
- 2026-07-08After a break for the resolver's holiday, the mediator asked whether any balance was left when the account was locked.
- 2026-07-22No answer came after another extension, so the complaint was closed. It can be reopened.
Abandoned
The player stopped responding before saying what balance was left; Gamdom was never asked to reply.
What Helped
Nothing got as far as the casino. The open question was whether anything was left in the account; without that, there was nothing concrete to ask Gamdom for. If you suspect someone else used your account, note the last time you logged in and keep every support message.
