Instant Casino: Bonus Disputes

One case on file, from July 2026. A Dutch player says Instant Casino voided €1,000 that showed as withdrawable and removed another €200, without giving game logs.

They say all wagering was done and the bonus balance was zero, and that the casino offered a €30 bonus that couldn't be withdrawn instead. The mediator asked which bonus was active and for the screenshots the player listed but never attached.

The player didn't reply.
