Jackbit: Deposit Issues

One case on file, from September 2026. A player from India said a deposit of about 21,000 rupees, made on 29 August 2026, hadn't shown up at Jackbit, and support only sent generic replies.

Jackbit answered that the money had been credited and already played. The player accepted that and marked the case resolved.
