One case on file, from June 2026. A player from Israel says they passed Jackbit's document checks and a live video check, then 28,344.91 USDT was removed from their account over third-party involvement.

The player offered the video to the mediator. After watching it, the mediator agreed a second person took part, which ended the case in Jackbit's favour.
