What Happened
A player from Israel says Jackbit emptied 28,344.91 USDT from their account through an admin withdrawal, cut off their access and later cited two sections of its terms about third-party involvement. They say they had passed document checks and a live video check, used one device with no VPN, deposited only from their own wallet and played without bonuses. They also say the casino kept part of the deposit.
How It Developed
- 2026-06-02Complaint opened. The player's opening post and first reply are private.
- 2026-06-09The resolver asked Jackbit to explain; the casino missed the first deadline.
- 2026-06-23Jackbit answered that its KYC team doubted the documents belonged to the account holder, so it asked for a video check, during which it found another person involved.
- 2026-06-23The player said a friend only held the phone while they recorded the video, and offered the full recording and emails for review.
- 2026-07-06The mediator asked the casino for the video, watched it, and closed the case: the player had not done the verification alone, which is a core requirement.
Rejected
After watching the verification video the mediator agreed a second person took part, so Jackbit keeps the 28,345 USDT; the player can go to the licensing authority.
What Has (and Hasn't) Helped
Offering the video was the right move, but it confirmed the casino's point. Do a verification video completely alone, with nobody holding the camera or in the room, because a second person on screen is read as third-party involvement no matter the reason.
