KatsuBet: Deposit Issues

One case on file, from October 2023. A player says one of three card deposits at KatsuBet, $500, stayed pending while the other two went through.

After five business days, the casino asked for a screenshot of the transaction reference number. The player says their card statement shows no such number, and that KatsuBet would neither cancel the deposit nor let them play with it.

KatsuBet never answered the mediator on the page.

• Ask your card issuer for a written transaction record if your statement shows no reference number.
• Keep screenshots of the pending deposit and of support's replies.
