Lucky Block: Game Fairness

One case on file, from 2023. A player from Japan says they placed in three Lucky Block slot tournaments but got no prize.

They say the casino raised the minimum bet mid-season without updating its terms, and that a 1000x win in one event wasn't counted.

Lucky Block said the player never made the winners' list and a prize email was sent in error, and offered 25 free spins. Neither side could prove the true rank, and the mediator found the casino's records questionable too.

• Screenshot the leaderboard and the rules during every tournament you enter.
• Save any prize email the casino sends you.
